Gallyn "In an overt sense, I view all of my work as exploration and attraction to what elicits emotion and enjoyment for me.As I look inward, I see it all as guttural attempts to sing. From media to media, the quest for emotional connection during the image- making process lends my work a common voice. Each attempt finds the same puzzle: back and forth, light and dark, weight and lightness, front and back. I am constantly asking myself how best I can dance to this music. As it is turning out, in my life, this is just what is. This is what happens when I sit in my studio and lay my hand on the next closest thing.
